LiftMaster CAPXM for Customized Control

The LiftMaster CAPXM uses the myQ Community Web Platform. This cloud based platform enables residents and managers to have better control of the system.

Users can set schedules for entry for specific people such as deliveries, cleaners or babysitters. When at home, residents can “press to unlock” any point of entry they have access to operate to admit visitors or themselves inside the vicinity.

For administrators or managers of the gated community, LiftMaster CAPXM also provides them with six customizable program roles with specific log-in details dependent on their management levels.

Adding or deleting residents and assigning entrance access is also doable, even if managers are not around physically.
