PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION REQUIRED DISCLAIMER:
All products offered on the Site and purchased by you, including but not limited to the gate operators, accessories and access control equipment, must be installed by an experienced and qualified technical personnel. Under no circumstances shall the Company be responsible for any personal or property damage sustained by you due to installation of any products and/or equipment. Any warranty, if any, does not cover any damages caused by installation or improper use. You expressly agree to indemnify and hold us and the product manufacturer harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities and expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the installation of any products and/or equipment purchased by you from us.
In the event you would like recommendations for authorized dealers in your area, please reach out to us, and we can assist you with identifying a professional installer.
PRICING:
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and All Security Equipment reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, All Security Equipment will issue a refund to your credit card account or method of payment received in the amount of the charge.
All Security Equipment is unable to provide price adjustments for promotional markdowns on prior purchases without exception.
TAX DISCLAIMER:
You shall be responsible for the payment of any city, state or federal taxes, fees or charges which are imposed upon the purchase of products and/or equipment via an internet website such as the Site.
With respect to drop shipments, certain states in the United States require the payment of sales tax. In the event your order contains items that must be drop shipped from the manufacturer, another retailer, a supplier or a wholesaler, state sales tax may be incurred, and one of the Company's team members will contact you and inform you of any additional sales tax amount that may need to be collected prior to shipping and delivery.
The brands that are most affected by the drop shipping sales taxes include, without limitation, FAAC, Magnetic and Linear, particularly when items are being drop shipped to the following states: Florida, Ohio, California, Utah, Texas, West Virginia, New Mexico, Arizona, Illinois, Massachusetts and Louisiana.
DELIVERY AND FREIGHT MATTERS:
Delivery Date
Any delivery date stated in any purchase order, agreement or correspondence between you and the Company is the Company's best estimate and is based upon prompt receipt of all necessary information and payment from you. We make no guarantee of delivery by such date and shall have no liability or other obligation for failure to deliver on such date, regardless of cause, unless expressly stated otherwise. The Company shall have no liability or other obligation hereunder if our performance is delayed or prevented to any extent by any event beyond our control such as, but not limited to, any act of God, strike or work stoppage, fire, flood, accident, allocation or other controls of the Government authorities, shortage of transportation, fuel, material and labor, epidemics or lockdown orders.
Transfer of Risk
Delivery to you shall be F.O.B. our factory or warehouse. Title and risk to any product and/or equipment purchased from the Site will pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. This risk includes but is not limited to damage, loss or deterioration of the product and/or equipment from any cause whatsoever. Therefore, it is your sole responsibility to inspect ALL products and/or equipment for any freight damage or missing product/packages. In the event your purchased merchandise has been damaged in transit or you are missing the packages, do not accept the damaged goods, make note of the missing packages and contact us immediately. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of any damaged and/or defective goods. Failure to inspect your products and/or equipment shall result in a loss of protection.
NOTE: CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL USA MUST CONTACT US FOR A FREIGHT QUOTE PRIOR TO MAKING A PURCHASE. CONTINENTAL USA SHIPPING PRICES DO NOT APPLY TO THE FLORIDA KEYS, PUERTO RICO, ALASKA, GUAM, CANADA & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. Please call our customer service department for a freight quote.
International Shipping
Due to circumstances beyond our control, some international orders get stopped and delayed by the customs agency in your country. We cannot be responsible for any customs delay, customs restrictions, customs fees, tariffs, or other customs regulation that may apply in countries outside the United States. If you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to speak with your customs office before making a purchase from us.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an in-stock product, you can get a full refund for the product and/or equipment cost. This refund does not include any associated shipping costs.
To qualify for a full refund:
- You must email us at support@allsecurityequipment.com within 30 calendar days of receiving your purchase.
- You must receive written authorization for all returns.
- The products and/or equipment must be returned in new, resellable condition with all original components and packaging.
Please note:
- You are responsible for all return costs, including shipping and insurance.
- Once your return is approved, you have 15 days to send the product back.
- You must insure all returned purchases for a value equal to or more than the product's value.
- If we receive the return after the 15-day period, the return authorization will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be issued.
- Items marked as "special order" are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- The ASE Delivery Guarantee is non-refundable.
How to start a return:
- Contact our Customer Service Department by email at support@allsecurityequipment.com or by phone at 305-437-9757 extension 4.
- We will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must clearly write this number on the outside of the return package.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the products or equipment are not returned in new, resellable condition, or if the return is not received within the time limit. We value your business. Please contact us if you have any questions or need additional assistance.
RETURNS UNDER MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY:
For manufacturer's warranty requests, we offer two options. Please note that these policies are set by the manufacturer and cannot be revised or exceptions made.

Option 1: Advanced Replacement
If you need a replacement part urgently, you can choose to purchase a new part in advance. Once you return the defective part to the manufacturer and it is determined to be defective under warranty, we will credit your account with the full purchase price, excluding shipping. This ensures that the faulty part is returned and that proper troubleshooting steps are taken. Please note that this replacement order must be placed with our RMA department. If you place an order online on your own account, it will be considered a regular sale and not a warranty claim. All orders will be shipped using standard ground shipping, unless special freight is requested. Please be aware that no freight or shipping fee is refundable. You will be responsible for the return shipping of the defective product.
Note : Chamberlain (LiftMaster) customers will be provided with a complimentary return label. -
Option 2: Repair and Return
If you are not in a rush and don't mind waiting for a replacement, you can choose to send the defective merchandise/part directly to the factory for repair with a unique RMA number. Once the manufacturer determines that the merchandise is defective under warranty, they will either repair or replace the unit. Please note that this option takes approximately three weeks after arrival for inspection and replacement to be shipped, depending on the manufacturer. You will be responsible for the return shipping of the defective product.
Note : Chamberlain (LiftMaster) customers will be provided with a complimentary return label.
FENCE INSTALLATION COMPLIANCE AND RETURN POLICY:
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all fence installations comply with local state and county codes and laws. Please verify these regulations before purchasing and installing any fence products. All Security Equipment does not accept returns for fence products.
BATTERY WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:
All Security Equipment does not offer any warranty, express or implied, on batteries sold through our store. All battery purchases are made on a final sale basis and are provided “as is.” Customers acknowledge and accept that batteries may have varying performance and lifespan depending on usage, storage, and other factors beyond our control.

All text, images and other material contained or displayed on any All Security Equipment (ASE) Internet Web site is proprietary to ASE and constitutes valuable intellectual property. No material from any part of any ASE site is authorized or intended by ASE to be downloaded, transmitted, broadcast, reproduced or in any other way used or otherwise disseminated in any form to any person or entity, except for personal reference. QUICK-SHIP GUARANTEE:
All Security Equipment is proud to offer a Quick-Ship Guarantee on designated products. Products eligible for this program will be clearly marked with the "Quick-Ship" badge on the product page.
1. Timing & Eligibility
Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on a business day (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) will be processed and shipped the same day.
Next-Day Shipping: Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed and shipped the following business day.
2. The Guarantee
If an eligible order does not ship within the timeframe specified above, All Security Equipment will issue a 5% refund of the total purchase price of the delayed item(s) back to the original payment method.
3. Exclusions & Limitations
To maintain fairness, the Quick-Ship Guarantee does not apply under the following circumstances:
Carrier Delays: We guarantee when the package leaves our facility, not when the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) delivers it.
Incomplete Information: Delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses, missing suite numbers, or flagged payment verification.
Bulk Orders: Orders exceeding ten (10) units of a single SKU may require additional processing time and are exempt from the guarantee unless confirmed in writing by a representative.
Force Majeure: Delays caused by "Acts of God," including extreme weather, natural disasters, or widespread power/internet outages.
4. How to Claim
If you believe your order missed the Quick-Ship window, please contact our support team at shipping@allsecurityequipment.com within 7 business days of your order date. Once verified, your 5% credit will be processed within 3–5 business days.
