The LiftMaster SL585103UL is a heavy-duty AC industrial slide gate operator designed for demanding vehicular access-control applications. Equipped with a 1 HP motor, this operator is built for commercial and industrial sites that require dependable slide-gate automation.

The SL585103UL features dual-voltage, three-phase electrical compatibility and can be configured for 208V, 230V, or 460V three-phase power, providing installation flexibility for facilities with different commercial electrical systems.

Designed for intensive access applications, this industrial slide gate operator is well suited for secured facilities, commercial properties, industrial sites, gated entrances, and other locations requiring a robust automated sliding-gate solution.

PLEASE NOTE: This is LiftMaster’s most recent version of this model (previously SL585U), which is now 2018 UL325 Compliant. To be 2018 UL325 Compliant, it is mandatory for each slide gate system to have at least two functioning SAFETY DEVICES. Therefore, LiftMaster’s new UL control board, improved photo eye sensor (Model LMRRUL), and 5’ Resistive Safety Edge (Model S505AL) are ALL INCLUDED at no additional cost.

It is recommended you add LiftMaster Wireless Receiver & Transmitter Kit (LMWEKITU) for convenience and/or to minimize complications involving the wire from the included Safety Edge. These accessories are sold separately.

The LiftMaster SL585UL is a durable heavy-duty gear-driven operator for use on heavy gates and high-cycle applications such as gated communities and industrial locations.

• Programmable Auxiliary Relays: Easily add additional features, such as warning lights/alarms.
  
• Pre-Motion Warning Alarm: Activates onboard alarm three seconds prior to gate motion.
  
• Mechanical Braking System: Adds substantial gate position control at all points in travel. This solenoid-actuated brake system also prevents the gate from being back-driven.
  
• Maximum Run Timer: Protects against damage to the gate and operator by limiting the unit’s runtime to 120 seconds.
  
• External Alarm Reset Button: This allows for a quick reset of the gate operator when the alarm has been activated.
  
• Adjustable Friction Clutch: Helps to protect the gate and operator from damage should the door meet an obstruction. 
  
• Anti-Tailgate: Prevents unauthorized access. Gate will pause when closing as vehicle pulls onto interrupt loop or breaks photo beam. Once the vehicle backs up, the gate will continue to close.
  
• Quick Close: Closes the gate immediately after a vehicle pulls off the interrupt loop.
  
• Homelink® Compatible: Version 4 and higher.
