Americana360® Full Brim Type II with 4 Point Mega Ratchet® Suspension.
Mega Ratchet® suspension features an easy-turn knob that allows size adjustment from head sizes 6.5 - 8 without removing the helmet. Each turn of the ratchet knob automatically locks 50 meshing teeth, snuggly securing the hard hat to the head. The no-slip hold maintains the desired fit even in the most physically active jobs or extreme weather conditions. The hinged ratchet fits low on the nape of the neck and is height adjustable for a perfect fit. The ratchet mechanism is cushioned with thick sponge padding for long-lasting comfort.

- Class E: (Electrical): Intended to reduce the danger of contact with higher voltage conductors. Test samples are proof-tested at 20,000 volts (phase to ground).
- Class G: (General): Intended to reduce the danger of contact with low voltage conductors. Test samples shall be proof-tested at 2200 volts (phase to ground).
