The KitLock KL1000 Classic and Slam Latch combined in one convenient, easy-to-install kit. Available with the KL1000 Classic or the KL1000 Classic+.
The KitLock KL1000 Classic is a compact digital lock that is easy to fit and will perform up to 15,000 openings on just two AAA batteries. When fitted with the KitLock Slam Latch, there is no need to turn the lock handles to secure the locker/cabinet, simply 'push shut' to lock the door.
The durable construction and retrofit opportunities available for this duo make the kit suitable for a wide range of environments. From gyms to offices, the KL1000 SlamKit has everything you need for keyless access with fast 'push shut' closure for your lockers, cabinets, and cupboards.
Private Function
This is the default function and is already pre-programmed in new locks. This function is used where the same code will be repeatedly used, e.g. an employee with the same locker/drawer in the workplace.
Public Function
In this function, the KitLock operates with a single User Code. The user enters a personal four-digit code, this locks the lock. The same code is entered once only to open the lock before automatically being erased and ready for the next user. This function is used for short-term, multiple occupancy applications, e.g. hot desking in an office or a locker in a sports club.
