ASE LA412 Single Premium
The ASE LA412 Single Premium is an all-in-one residential solar swing gate operator kit designed to give professional installers a more complete access and connectivity package in one convenient order. ASE combines the LiftMaster LA412PKGUL solar-ready operator with wireless access controls, automatic vehicle exit detection, myQ connectivity, and protective accessories to reduce the time spent sourcing commonly needed components separately.
The kit includes a KPW5 wireless keypad and 811LMX remotes for convenient user access, plus the Cartell CP-4-100 free-exit system to automatically activate the gate for vehicles leaving the property. A LiftMaster 828LM Internet Gateway adds compatible myQ smartphone monitoring, control, alerts, and scheduling, while the ASE FAS-HOOD helps protect outdoor access equipment from the elements. The result is an installer-friendly premium package for a connected residential single swing gate installation.
