The ASE LA400 Single Premium is an all-in-one residential swing gate operator kit designed to make purchasing parts easier and more convenient for professional installers. ASE combines the LiftMaster LA400PKGUL operator with commonly used access control, connectivity, and installation components in one ready-to-order package, reducing the need to source each item separately.
Built around the LiftMaster LA400PKGUL residential swing gate operator, the Single Premium package adds a KPW5 wireless keypad for convenient entry, 811LMX remote controls for wireless gate access, an FAS-HOOD for added protection, a CP-4-100, and a LiftMaster 828LM. Together, these components provide installers with a more complete package for residential swing gate automation projects.
