Rothco’s Women EMT Pants have been designed specifically for women and feature an expandable/stretch waistband, a convenient zipper fly, low waist and hook and bar closure for a secure fastening. The EMT Pants feature 9 pockets including slot pockets for scissors, flashlights and additional medical equipment. These paramedic pants are made from a 65% polyester/35% cotton blend for ultimate durability and comfort.

I really like the fit of the pants. The pockets are great! The pants aren't too stiff, and very easy to working move in. They did run a bit small, I ordered a women's 22, and I normally wear an 18-20, but the stretchy panels on the side are a great bonus!

Pretty nice
Bought these to wear as a CO, they are comfortable and I like the way they stretch. Only thing is, I have been having to cut strings off like crazy since I have washed them. Makes me feel they will not last that long.
